Vision of the Jerusalem Prayer Center

Since opening in 2008, the Jerusalem Prayer Center has welcomed over 15,000 visitors from almost 100 nations.  It is a place for Christian believers to lift prayers of worship, confession, and intercession to God.

It is a place of quiet;   a place of listening; a place of personal encounter with God.

Visitors to Jerusalem are welcomed to stop by the Jerusalem Prayer Center.  A first visit includes a brief presentation of the building’s unique history with the Spafford family and the song, “It is Well with my Soul”, along with an introduction to the Interactive Prayer Room.

The peace of the building and grounds makes it a regular place of prayer for Christians who volunteer with area ministries.  Tour groups find the Jerusalem Prayer Center to be a powerful place for refocus after a busy week of exploring the Holy Land.  Non-Christians who are seeking answers about God, sometimes visit to ask questions.
